The Book Exchange relies on gently used and new book donations from the Marin community. Youth-led book drives tend to be especially successful, as they often bring in the same books that students visiting The Book Exchange want to read! Students can earn community service hours by organizing book drives.
Community book drives at workplaces, gyms, beauty salons, Rotary Clubs, places of worship, and service organizations are also excellent ways to collect books.
